I have the responsibility for the leadership and direction of Yoder's. My passion is Leadership and the development of people. I believe that if we allow God's principles to work in our lives and recognize that the pursuit of excellence is a process, we will find ourselves to be very effective in our workplace, church and at home.
My experience includes two years as a counselor in a wilderness program for troubled boys. I am currently involved in our community as a Board Member of Fair Play Christian School, Board Member of Crossroads Christian Fellowship, Executive Board Member of the Oconee Alliance, Board Member of the Southern Building Materials Association and most of all a Husband and a Father.
I also love to fly airplanes and go hunting in my past time.
